AUB Illustration

Akiva Uriel Bakst is an illustrator and graphic designer. Originally from Colorado, he is currently based in Tampa, Florida. He graduated from Ringling College of Art and Design with a BFA in Illustration and a minor in Business of Art and Design. Akiva’s style is painterly and expressionistic with a graphic quality. Taking inspiration from various artistic movements such as expressionism, surrealism, and art nouveau, he uses his impressionistic intuition to create a sense of energy, filling his work with drama, suspense, and atmosphere.
