FERRERI PAINTINGS
| Pino Ferreri was born in 1950 in Catanzaro, Italy. As a boy he demonstrated a talent for singing and art. Pino’s love of art and artistic abilities were further enhanced and influenced by his artistic cousin, Angelo DeSiena. At the age of twenty-three, to pursue his dreams, he moved to New York. Pino always carried with him the memories of the beautiful places he saw as a child with his family and friends. Therefore, his choice for many of his paintings reflects these memories and experiences. Over the last twenty years, his artistic career is a true testament that reflects the beauty of Calabria and Italy. Pino’s work also projects what entices his eyes to paint. His paintings bring pleasure to those who love art and need variety. His art has become a magical journey. The paintings reflect perspectives, where the color nuances express a harmonious elegance. His landscapes are represented in a real way with particular attention to the different shades of shadows and colors. |
