My passion for collecting cobalt blue vases and experience with woodworking sparked my creativity, leading to my distinctive work with turning wood and epoxy. I carefully select each piece of wood, considering its unique shape, grain and character, then complement that with the color of the epoxy I select. Each piece reflects my dedication to crafting timeless works of art sometimes taking weeks to complete and offered in limited supply. My nickname is Matrix, and I attempt to play on that by merging the organic with the avantgarde, turning wood and epoxy into pieces that defy convention. I ensure each vase serves a dual-purpose blending practical function with artistic expression. Every creation is a journey into the unknown, where the old meet the new.
