Progressive Reggae band Tribal Style is known for their authentic style of reggae, grounded in traditional Roots Reggae From Jamaica. Tribal Style has established themselves performing and touring with legendary reggae acts such as Burning Spear, The Skatalites, Steel Pulse, Yellowman, Eak A Mouse, Toots and the Maytals, and several of the Marleys to name a few. They have graced stages around the country from Gasparilla Music Festival, Mainsail Arts Festival, James Brown Festival, Bob Marley Festival, Reggae Ambassadors Worldwide Festival, Beach Fest in Long Beach CA and the Taste of Tampa to name a few.

King Tappa is an International reggae singer based in Florida. He has been in the music industry for well over fifteen (15) years. Starting his music career first as a DJ in his early teens through college and his twenties. Music has always been a big part of his family. King Tappa remembers singing and free styling at the age of 14 and four years later, it comes as no surprise that he decided to take music seriously. Beginning as a DJ he established Power Sound and went by the name DJ Tappa. He got the opportunity to perform at many venues within the tri-state area and even outside the United States. The highlight of his DJ career has been performing with Stone Love at Da Culture Lounge Fredrickstead, St.Croix U.S.V.I in 2005.
Inspired by international Reggae artists such as Steel Pulse, Beres Hammond, Culture, Gregory Isaac and Capleton he began writing and moved on to singing. Going now by the name King Tappa he released his premiere album “When I Work” in 2007. King Tappa has written over 100 songs and has done excessive amounts of dub plates and jingles for many different sound systems worldwide.His second album titled “Feeling the Vibes” was released in July 2019 over a decade after his first release, which highlighted his growth both as a singer and performer. The album garnered a lot of traction within the USA, Africa and the Caribbean with major reviews from The Jamaica Observer, Star and Gleaner as well was a Tanzanian magazine. He has been performing both locally and internationally in places like Canada, the Caribbean and Nairobi Kenya Africa, which by far is the highlight of his career. The music video for the title track “Feeling the Vibes” was premiered in November 2019 on www.reggaeville.com one of the largest online reggae platforms and was nominated for album of the year 2019 by Reggaeville.
September 2022 marks King Tappa’s third album release titled “9 to 5”. This is a 9 track album which was given much thought as it touches on various topics ranging from relationships to social issues. It features uptempo feel good reggae music on tracks like “Are You Feeling It” and “Reggae Music” to more serious tones like “Freedom” and “Children are the Future”. King Tappa brings his signature tone and passion on all nine tracks showing his versatility which his audience is sure to appreciate.
His work is one to look out for since not only does he sing, Dj but writes all of his music. In addition to his musical contributions, King Tappa is also the president of Project Book Bag, an initiative designed to assist students in Dominica by making meaningful contributions of school supplies on a yearly basis.

Inspired by the timeless sounds of early 60s and 70s reggae and soul music, the rocksteady group, The Dub Collectors, are dedicated to bringing their unique flavor of this classic genre in to the national spotlight. Combining melodic 3-part harmonies, groovy drum rhythms, and catchy, singable hooks, The Dub Collectors vintage style straps the listener in to a time machine and gives them feelings of nostalgia for musical days passed.
Formed in sunny St. Petersburg, FL in 2019, the 4-piece band features frontman Ryan Shadowens (Vocals/Guitar), Colin Smith (Vocals/Guitar), Burnes “Beaush” Feaster IV (Bass/Vocals), and Oscar Matallana (Drums). Currently in studio, the band is writing and self producing an album set to release in 2026.
